The FC7 EM Leica is a UC7 microtome dedicated to cryo sections collection. It is equipped with cryo-chamber, EM cryon ionizer and micromanipulator.
APPLICATIONS
- Tokuyasu immunolabeling technique : cryosections at low temperature (-120°C).
- CEMOVIS technique (Cryo-Electron Microscopy Of Vitreous Sections)
